How are you being supported, cared for, and continuing your learning? ETREK Learning Groups are peer-to-peer groups that connect 15 to 25 individuals with a natural affinity, such as lead pastors. "ETREK is something I wish I had when I was in seminary and in my church ministry experience", says Spencer Burke, Founder of ETREK Learning Groups. "After a staff meeting is over and people move on to their work and home, no one else carries the weight of the church like a lead pastor. You will be the one always second-guessing the direction of your church, and staying awake at night holding the awesome responsibility of leading the community. As many teams as you create, and partnerships you design, no one truly understands the responsibilities and rewards of being a lead pastor apart from other lead pastors."
A group of pastors, youth pastors and others interested in communicating the Gospel committed to an ETREK learning group and sharing from their own experience, will be able to create the safe, interactive and accessible community you might be looking for.
